Vijay Desai, MBA, PMP®, P. Eng. - Vijay is a certified executive project manager who knows from experience that business projects are only successful with the proper methods and leadership. Vijay's training and experience, over two decades, is the basis for his role as Managing Partner for Desai. He has produced a broad track record of success, on a global scale, in the areas of subject- matter expertise, process and application development, change leadership, and project management. This experience has helped him build a strong foundation for his leadership at Desai.
Mike Maslack - Mike has four decades' experience with  enterprise-wide business and IT strategy, architecture, business transformation, and execution. He's a subject-matter expert in global supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and R&D and has led global business and technical teams in the high technology, health care and automotive industries. Mike has exceptional analytical, market research, communication, and client relationship skills, from the technical levels to C-level executives.
Sue Cook Jul 2016   Sue Cook, PMP®, SCPM - Sue has 3 decades of experience as a certified Project and Program Manager, managing complex, enterprise level transformative projects in the IT, Software Development, Telecom, and Energy industries. She excels in leveraging both the science and art of Project Management to encourage, coach and motivate teams to highly achieve against their goals. Sue also adds value to any organization by assessing and executing opportunities for business process optimization.  Sue is a trained Facilitator, and has formally trained and mentored many early career Project Managers and Organizations.
 DavidKearns   David Kearns,  PMP®, PMI-ACP® David has almost two decades of experience in leading IT implementations, including business analysis and project management, covering areas such as procurement, sales, finance, supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, and IT. With a master's in business administration, David is an innovative business leader adept at creating, analyzing, and executing initiatives and strategies through developing and managing people and process to drive business results.
Jim Whitney, PMP® - Jim has over 30 years’ experience as a manager and consultant, working with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 manufacturers to state governments and non-profits. He holds an MBA, a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, and is a certified quality auditor, having guided numerous clients through ISO certifications in quality, environmental management, and occupational safety and health. He is a prior program director for Champlain College’s Business and Management program and adjunct instructor at Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.

Sarah White - Sarah is a results-oriented Program Leader with an extensive background in designing and running Enterprise Security Platforms, and in deploying high performance, large scale, distributed Financial Services IT solutions. In addition to her Project Management and business analysis skills, she brings a passion for aligning Technology strategy to with Business objectives, as well as a strong Operational management focus, to every engagement. Since moving to the Champlain Valley, she has broadened her scope to include e-commerce and agricultural project management.

DMWETZEL201690x 135   Daniel Wetzel,  PhD, PMP®, PMI-ACP® Dan has over 4 decades of cross industry experience in multiple roles (Project/Program Manager, Business Analyst, Development Engineer, Data Analyst, Technical Writer, Investment Analyst, Principal Investigator, Research Scientist, Grant Writer, Trainer/Teacher) delivering solutions to complex problems.  Dan's experience includes leading development, implementation and operations of enterprise IT solutions for complex business, engineering and scientific projects.  Experienced in IT for advanced manufacturing, engineering development, medical/healthcare research and financial services Dan brings extensive analytic skills and a broad perspective to the table.
Rob Bromley, PMP® - Rob has over two decades of experience as a results driven and highly motivated project management professional. His significant experience and expertise include management, systems engineering, all aspects of project management, contract negotiations and quality assurance throughout the project life cycle. He is also knowledgeable in executive project management, large-scale operational activities and the transformation of opportunities to executable plans.

Cindy Yager, MS, PMP® - As part of a strong and diverse background, Cindy managed a team of infrastructure engineers supporting the Department of Homeland Security, where she was recognized multiple times for implementing process improvements. Cindy was also a member of the Systems and Network Team at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, where she developed and taught computer application classes for the Emerging Technology Center. Cindy was a founding coordinator of the Computer Learning Center for Business and Industry Training at Ivy Tech State College in Bloomington, Indiana. Prior to her work in IT and Project Management, Cindy was a Special Education Teacher in Rockland County, NY.

He has worked in the Telecom and IT fields for the past 11 years functioning as a coordinator, leader, and integral team member on a range of projects. With a focus on Project Management he enjoys collaborating with clients to solve problems and achieve project goals.
Scot Barker Small   Scot Barker - Scot has spent most of the last 20 years leading operations, IT and customer service teams, focusing on improving processes to help organizations fulfill their missions better, faster and more efficiently. A veteran of publishing, healthcare IT and e-commerce organizations, Scot brings a varied and expansive knowledge of all levels of a business, and has both domestic and global business experience. Scot is passionate about operations, process improvement, building teams and coaching and mentoring people to grow their own talents and abilities.

Nishith Thakkar, M.Sc. - Nishith has a solution-oriented approach, adept at leading the software team as well as communicating with the client team and non-technical staff. Well versed in traversing large amounts of data, he is adept at finding important patterns and providing tangible output in easy to grasp visualizations. He has finished his graduate studies with extensive knowledge of data mining and anomaly detection with structures as well as unstructured data.

Peter Sanschagrin, CSPO. - Peter is a results-oriented IT professional with over 30 years of management and individual contributor experience that effectively combines business analysis, project management, IT development management and operational support to consistently achieve bottom line objectives. His career spans three industries; Telephony, Pharmaceutical and eComm. Peter has a collaborative management style and is continually focused on process improvements with direct experience in both domestic and international business. He has much experience managing project life-cycles and recent experience using agile disciplines and scrum management.
